Code Of Conduct - Jit Team

OBJECTIVE

This Code defines the values and principles that determine the entrepreneurial activities of Jit Team sp. z o.o., Jit Services sp. z o.o., Jit Services sp. z o. o sp.k (collectively, hereinafter referred to as the company, organization). The document defines the goals and pillars of the organization's development, taking into account compliance with ethical principles, care for social interests, environmental protection, relations with stakeholder groups, requirements of the business environment and, above all, anti-corruption activities and counteracting violations of the law, both internally within the organization and in contact with business partners.

PURPOSE

The Code applies to all employees and associates of the company. The Company also encourages its contractors to respect the principles set out in this Code.

ORGANIZATION ACTIVITIES

The organization's activity is primarily to provide customers with a software development team that comprehensively deals with the client's IT systems or IT projects implemented by the client, creating software tailored to the client's requirements, in close cooperation with the client. The company also provides clients with software development specialists who become members of the client's team for a specific period of time (related to the duration of the project). In their daily tasks, employees and the Management Board are guided by the following values:

HUMAN - in a Jit Team, people are the most important link. The company focuses on building strong interpersonal relationships,

TECH – the software created by Jit Team is of the highest quality, tailored to the needs of customers,

TEAM - The company is an expert in building teams of specialists tailored to the needs of clients,

FAIR PLAY - is an inseparable part of cooperation in the Jit Team. The company values honesty as its paramount value.

POLICIES

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

The Company complies with applicable national laws in all locations where it operates. The Company also complies with the provisions of the Code in cases where the Code sets a higher standard than that provided for in the legal requirements , but which does not contradict them. The Company adheres to the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, in accordance with national law and established customs.

RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS

The company provides its services in countries where respect for human rights is deeply rooted in the legal system and collective consciousness and respected for decades. It is something natural and obvious. These principles are very important to the organization.

Child labour

The Company undertakes not to involve children in work for the organization or in work unrelated to its activities. The term "child" refers to any person who has not reached the age of legal employment under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, in each case not less than 16 years of age. If the minimum age for legal employment does not depend on the completion of a certain age, it is assumed to be 16 years. Employed juveniles perform work that does not adversely affect their mental and physical development.

Forced Labor

The Company does not carry out any form of forced or compulsory labour. Employees are assured of freedom of movement and control over their identity documents. The Company ensures that employees do not incur any fees during the recruitment or hiring process. Any obligations to employees as required by applicable law are the responsibility of the organization. Employment in the organization is free from harassment, violence, intimidation, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, revenge, abuse of power, insults, and discrimination.

Human trafficking

The Company complies with all laws regarding the prohibition of human trafficking and slavery.

Decent working conditions

The Company ensures that working conditions, working hours, remuneration and other benefits comply with national and local laws and relevant ILO Conventions. We care about equal access to decent working conditions for people employed under employment contracts, as well as people working on the basis of other contracts.

No discrimination

The Company treats its employees and business partners fairly, regardless of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, political beliefs, marital status or disability. We support and promote an inclusive work environment and an open culture that contribute to the diversity of the workforce.

Anti-mobbing measures

Treating staff fairly in an organization is considered a moral and legal obligation.

The success of an organization depends on the people who work and cooperate in and with the company. Any manifestations of violence, abuse and contempt in the organization's work environment are prohibited.

PRINCIPLES IN BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Illegal payments, corruption and bribery

The Company complies with anti-corruption laws both domestically and internationally, as well as the anti-corruption laws, regulations and standards that comply with them. The Company undertakes to prohibit any illegal payments or acts of corruption, and we prohibit offering, accepting, or approving gifts, gratuities, and favors, whether directly or indirectly, that affect or appear to influence decisions, actions, omissions, or the acquisition of a competitive advantage.

The Company does not tolerate blackmail, fraud, embezzlement or corruption. This includes attempts to speed up (or facilitate) processes by making payments to government officials that are designed to expedite routine administrative processes or to gain access to services to which the payer is entitled.

Occupational health and safety

The Company implements high-level occupational health and safety standards, using an appropriate approach to health and safety management, tailored to the requirements of a specific type of business.

The Company ensures compliance with applicable health and safety regulations, as well as promotes and supports a safe working environment that helps ensure the health of employees, protects third parties, prevents accidents, injuries, occupational diseases, and reduces the risk of exposure to hazardous factors, especially the presence of hazardous substances.

To this end, the company regularly carries out risk assessments at work and implements appropriate procedures.

The organization ensures that its employees and other persons associated with the company are properly qualified, properly trained, and equipped with equipment to ensure that they perform their work safely.

Protection of personal data

The Company complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal data, in particular the personal data of customers and suppliers, employees and associates. The Company ensures that the collection, processing and transfer of personal data complies with laws and regulations. Our priorities are: ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of processed data, ensuring technical and organizational security measures and ensuring a high level of employee awareness of personal data security.

Data confidentiality and non-disclosure

The Company takes appropriate measures to protect confidential information provided by the Company, its customers and others. The Company undertakes to use such information only for the specified purpose resulting from the contract concluded by the parties, unless the owner of the information has consented to another form of use of the confidential information.

Anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism

The Company complies with applicable anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism laws and regulations.

Fair competition

The Company adheres to the principles of fair competition, competing with other entities solely on the basis of the criteria of value and quality of products and services. The Company does not engage in unfair or misleading market practices either on its own behalf or on behalf of others.

Conflict of interest

The Company's employees inform the Company of any conflict of interest, as well as of any situation that creates the appearance of a conflict of interest in cooperation with the organization. A conflict of interest refers to a situation in which a person's private interest creates a potential risk of influencing that person's decisions. Such conflicts of interest include kinship or marriage, civil partnerships, business partnerships or investments.

Economic sanctions

The Company conducts its business in accordance with applicable laws governing the export and import of goods, economic sanctions and embargoes.

ENVIRONMENTAL PRINCIPLES

Environmental protection

The Company conducts its business in an environmentally responsible manner and in accordance with environmental laws and regulations.

Responsible use of natural resources

The Company cares for the rational and sustainable use of natural resources, insofar as such necessity arises from the Company's planned or ongoing operations. In this case, the company tries to reduce the use of natural resources in a way that is appropriate to the size and type of the specific activity.

Reduction of pollution and waste

The Company strives to minimize greenhouse gas emissions, including carbon dioxide, directly or indirectly related to its operations, to an extent consistent with the size and type of its operations.

The Company complies with all legal regulations concerning waste management, striving to minimize the generation of waste in its operations and actively and consciously taking responsible actions related to the disposal of equipment, caring for the natural environment and complying with ecological standards.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The principles contained in this Code of Conduct are a key element of the company's corporate culture. Uniform adherence to these values is essential. Every employee and collaborator is responsible for this.

The Company encourages its suppliers and clients to take appropriate actions to improve the standards set out in the Code of Conduct and support the values contained therein.
